The entire reason I began studying the paranormal, occult, mysticism, metaphysics and beyond was because as a small child and young adult I was victimized by invisible entities on a daily basis. I begged my parents to find help. They didn't want the truth to be in the public eye - that our family lived in a haunted house for 15 years! They said they were concerned that they wouldn't be able to sell the house if the haunting was to be made public knowledge.
If you are being haunted, visited or bothered by entities, spirits, the dis-embodied, the departed, ghosts, ghouls, and goblins - here are your step by step instructions.
How do I know these work? I GUARANTEE that these will work in MOST circumstances*, if you only follow my instructions. The first time I was made aware of these techniques I had an apartment filled to over-flowing with ghosts and poltergesits. This was the result of using a spirit communication board known by the name "Ouija Board." I lived just a few blocks from Agnew State Hospital for the Mentally Insane. Apparently by employing the Ouija Board I inadvertently (in my ignorance) invited every disembodied mentally ill person who had passed away in that hospital.
What a mess. There were objects floating, flying and being thrown at my children and me. I found a spiritualist minister. I will enter her name at a later time - I have to look for it. She provided these techniques which worked IMMEDIATELY.
* If you house is built over a graveyard, sacred Indian territory, or some other similar situation it may not be impossible to move the spirits on, but it may take a lot more concerted effort. Only twice did I tell a family they should move. Their entire neighborhood was built over Native American Burial Grounds and their entire neighborhood was haunted. The other time was a young man who was living in a large apartment building. The residents all had to be in agreement that the ghosts needed to move on. These weren't "typical" ghosts - they were what I call "Shadow people." They are typically very negative and this young man's experience with them validated how horrifying they could be.
OK, so much for the "caviaette" circumstances. I have gotten rid of the most horrible demonic presences with these techniques.
People in the physical body are in a superior position over those not in bodies. Please keep in mind that you are in control, though from experience you may think the opposite. You are the top dog - the Elephant - no spirit should have domination over you or your life - only in your ignorance is this allowed. I am writing this piece to smarten you up.
Rule #1: There is power in the spoken word. A book I recommend on this topic is published by The Summit Lighthouse University" called "The Science of the Spoken Word." I am not recommending you go out and join the Summit Lighthouse or anything like that, but I received a "nod" from spirit that this book holds keys to raising your vibration, your consciousness, and your connection with the Ascended Masters.
This being said - the affirmations I will share with you below must be spoken aloud. You don't have to shout them, in fact you can whisper them if you wish - this is how powerful the spoken word is from a human in the flesh - a whisper can move heaven and earth.
Affimration #1: In the name, through the power and by the word of the Holy Christ - A wall of living flame is built around me, my family (I name each name), my home and the grounds around my home and I give thanks that it is done. Amen
Affirmation #2: Anything that does not belong to me I send back to where it does belong to be worked out and healed in love and light. I give thanks that it is done in the name through the power and by the word of the Holy Christ. Amen
I taught these affirmations to my children instead of the old "Now I lay me down to sleep" prayers. These affirmations are positive and empowering.
When you live in a haunted house, or if you are being haunted - keep in mind that any thought, feeling or emotion you cannot control does not belong to you. What do you do about such circumstances? Challenge any thought feeling or emotion by sending it away. If it keep returning just simply say "thank you, good-bye!" Eventually that energy will dissapate and go away.
Saging is good for cleansing an area - for the most part. If they were into pot, well may be they will really like the smell of burning sage. Don't worry about that just follow the instructions.. Buy some sage at your local metaphysical store. Take it home and light it (sage can be difficult to light sometimes so just keep trying). Go into every corner, nook, and crany - at each corner repeat the Lord's prayer. The Lords Prayer is a Prayer of Light and Love - and trust of the Supreme Being.
The next step is a sacred ritual that I use to assist beings to cross over into the tunnel of light so they can reunite with their loved ones. As soon as I figure out how to put sound bites on my web page I will post some really uplifting EVPs (Electronic voice phenonoma) I have received from ghosts I assisted in crossing over into the light.
This step is called the 9 Pointed Star. This Star opens the doorway to the Heavenly realms. It is a doorway of light. Those who have chosen not to cross over for one reason or another don't need much convincing to move on to the realm of light after the lonliness they have experienced after crossing over.
When I walk the 9 Pointed Star to bless the property I like to (if possible) bury a religious medal of a Saint, God, or Goddess (depending on religious affiliation and beliefs) at the points of the Star. This star creates a pathway so if other spirits are to enter your property they are immediately shown the way to the light. If the object cannot be buried at the exact spot or must be hung in a closet or on the fence close by - know that it is the intention that is most important - not the specific details such measuring the yards between points to make them exact etc.
You can get Holy water from a Christian book store or from a local Catholic church. Bless each medal with Holy Water. When you complete the clearing. Add water to the container of the Holy Water. All the Water in the bottle becomes Holy when it comes into contact with Holy Water - just make sure you don't run completely out in case you need it in the future. Typically when people experience ghosts it is almost as if they are marked somehow - they often experience ghosts to some extent the rest of their lives.
Spirit is all about intention. It doesn't matter so much as to what you think or do - it is the truth you have in your heart that is the ultimate judge and jury.
Tell the spirits that your intention is to help them reunite with their loved ones. Don't say "family" because this migh have a fearful or negative association for them.
Walk the 9 Pointed Star from point 1 to 9. The last point is the front door of the building you wish to clear. At each point you must recite the Lord's Prayer:
Our Father who art in Heaven Holy be thy Name - Thy Kingdom thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. Leave us not in temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory forever. Amen
Next state this 9 times at each point of the star after you have completed placing your Holy object and saying the Lord's prayer aloud: Om, maha, Padre, hum
Just walk the propety line and do this sacred ritual. If you are on a large piece of property, just visualize a border around the home, barn or where ever haunting activity has been sensed.
9 Pointed Star: Begin at point 9, walk to 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. At each point peform the ritual I outlined above. To help you visualize this 9 is the middle of the back of your property. 1 is your front door - even if your front door is situated on the side of the house or off center in the front. 5 is the very center of your house. If you have more than one story I place a medal and do the ritual on every level in the home for 5. This center point is the grounding point for your house and helps bring peace, calming, and promotes health on all levels.
